Our heart rate based zone training technology gives real time feedback as well as the ability to track each client's progress over time. The big screen in our studio allows convenient self-assessment of heart rate, workout intensity and calories burned.
To help you reach your goals, we also offer a BodyFitMD Fitness Assessment. During your assessment, you will meet with one of our fitness professionals to discuss your goals, review your current fitness level, and obtain baseline measurements. We use heart rate training and recovery testing to help determine the level of fitness program that is just right for you.
